The 27th Congress of the World Association of Echinococcosis was held between October 4- 7th, 2017 in Aljazeera. This congress is the most important global meeting on Echinococcosis disease. WAE congress is a very good platform to discuss the new advancements in different aspects of the disease; including the new treatment, prevention, and control strategies.
